REFUND/RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any purchases, under any circumstances. All sales are final.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 business day of receiving your order. Each order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you purchased re-ship insurance, we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or alternative solution, as appropriate once your claim has been approved.

PAYMENT DISPUTES/CHARGEBACKS
