HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED?
?? If you pay through ZELLE, your order will be confirmed within 24 hours. If we cannot confirm payment, we will send you an email.
?? If you pay through CASHAPP, we will heart ?? your payment once confirmed.
????Once we mark your order paid, it will update your order status. You can log into MY ACCOUNT on our website and click MY ORDERS and check order status.
????If we have not confirmed payment or we cannot verify payment, you will be sent an email letting you know.
????If payment method has changed after you placed an order, please send us an email ASAP. This will speed up the process on confirming payment. We only verify the payment through the choice you selected on your order.
We are working on finding a way to send an email confirmation once your order is marked paid, so for now this is what we have to work with.
WHAT IF I DID NOT PURCHASE ADDITIONAL RE-SHIP INSURANCE?
USPS will cover up to $100 on lost or damaged packages. We do not reship, refund or credit orders if you did not purchase additional re-ship insurance.
You will need to contact USPS and file a claim if your package is lost or damaged.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow multiple discounts to be applied to orders.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON LARGE VOLUME ORDERS?
We offer Value Packs at a discount. Pricing can be found under each product by selecting Value Pack. Each Value Pack contains 10 vials.

We only ship within the US. However, we are working on outside of US. Please email us for more information
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE, WHAT DO I DO?
If your package says delivered please check around your property and neighbors. Sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong address. In almost every situation the post office is able to locate the package.
If your package cannot be located after you have contacted USPS and they have done their search, you will have to file a claim with USPS. Your package is ONLY insured for up to $100, unless you have purchased additional insurance to cover your FULL ORDER.

HOW DO I FILE A LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE CLAIM?
In order to file a claim for a lost or damaged package, you would have had to purchase additional shipping insurance for your entire order.
Re-ship insurance covers damaged or lost packages; not stolen packages. The additional charge for insurance that you pay for at the time of your order MUST cover your entire order amount. It is to cover the re-ship of your order in the event that your package is deemed lost or damaged. USPS has a process for re-ship insurance. We ask that you be patient through the process. We are here to help you!
We report the incident to USPS when we become aware, then we file for an investigation. A claim has to be created, and an investigation has to be done by the local USPS. This can take up to 7 days. If USPS deems that the package is in fact lost, then we will gladly re-ship out your package. We CANNOT re-ship a package until USPS validates the package is in fact lost.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders start processing once payment is received and confirmed. Orders ship same day or next day for in stock items. Orders with Pre-Orders, Out of Stock or Value Packs will ship together within 14-21 business days (holidays and weekends not counted). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We ship via USPS Priority which normally will arrive in 2-3 days.
Once your order leaves our facility, we cannot control the transit times. The estimates given for priority shipping by USPS shipping are only estimated!
CAN I APPLY A COUPON AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
No! Once your order has been placed, we cannot apply ANY coupons to your order!
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Once you have completed you order, you will receive your order number and instructions on how to pay via email. Contact us at SJPeptides@gmail.com along with your order number if you did not receive an email order confirmation.
HOW DO I GET ORDER UPDATES?
To see order updates, log into your account on our website and click ”MY ORDERS”. You will be able to see payment confirmation, order information and tracking information.
